Who are we looking for
- You have a minimum of 6 years experience in the digital creative world and made first experiences in a leadership position - You have worked in a dynamic and agile environment and are comfortable in a leading / creating role in the first line as well in the background - Your communication skills are excellent and you apply them in English, German and with body language - Thanks to your communication skills you contribute to our trust- and respectful feedback mentality - You are ready to motivate teams for complex tasks - You bring a hands-on mentality and a positive, business-oriented mindset; a personal dedication to make the best out of your projects - You feel confident moderating design sprints and workshops
